Tioman in April 2011, diving off the resort. This is gentle diving by the standards of the rest of this list, and that is the point of it: warm, shallow, and reachable on a long weekend.

The resort closed in June 2020 for redevelopment and reopened in April 2022, so older reviews describe a different place. The dive centre is run by the resort itself.
